Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in Paint

The European Parliament has approved a bill to reduce the amount of environmentally damaging Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) found in paints. The bill will come into force in two stages starting from 1st January 2007, to allow time for industry and consumers to adapt to the new rules.
